BBF is a family owned company placed in Burgundy of 120 workers and sales of €25 million. Its domains of activity are forestry, wood processing, log transport and public, environmental and forestry works. The sawmill of the company, is located 30km east of Nevers and Magny Cours. Its transforms 40 000 m3 by year in timber. All the Douglas fir and oak logs come from a local area, mainly from the Morvan and Burgundy. The products are mostly carpentry lumbers, sawn for glued laminated timber, sleepers and timbers for the packaging industry. To complement the first processing, BBF Scierie proposed some planned products as wood frame, wood deck boards, wood floors, cladding… There is also a bioenergy production with firewood products, wood chips and the sale of our sawdust and bark.
